Keeping fit is always important. As mentioned when we first broke up, Joe Wicks has a good Youtube channel which has a daily exercise routine. If any of you play a sport of just enjoy sport in general this would be the perfect time to practicing some of the skills which are related to that sports. Think of the skills we have learnt over the year and some of the ways which we have practiced those skills. For example throwing, catching, passing, dribbling and shooting.
