What is a knowledge organiser?
Knowledge organisers are a summary of key facts and essential knowledge that pupils need about a unit of work or curriculum subject.
How we use knowledge organisers
Classteachers write the Knowledge Organiser to set out their expectations of what pupils should learn about in a topic.
Pupils will read, review, revise and quiz themselves using their Knowledge Organiser.
Parents can use the Knowledge Organiser to be more aware of what their children are learning at school and therefore support them at home.
